Privacy & submissions

When you submit a project, Fennup receives your contact details, space specifications, favourite and inspiration designs, notes, uploaded files and the calculated design amount. These are used to review your request and prepare the next steps for your design.

Who can see your request?

Requests and uploaded files are available through Fennup’s restricted review workspace. They are not published in the design gallery or made available to other visitors.

Storage and communication

Submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database and file storage. Fennup can use your supplied contact details to follow up about your project. No marketing or paid app subscription is created by this form.

Payments

The payment link is coming soon. This website currently collects no payment details or payments. Saving a brief does not start a paid order.

What to include

Only upload material you have permission to share. Include relevant space photos and plans, and avoid identity documents, payment details or unnecessary personal information.

Updates or deletion

Keep your reference number. You can ask Fennup to correct or delete your request when communicating about your project, quoting that reference.

Design references and examples

Gallery layouts and AI-generated photographs illustrate design concepts. Project examples use fictional names and locations and do not document completed customer installations. See our design references.
